ABOUT PATRICK
The Addiction

The Turning Point
Den 4. november 2018 deltog Patrick i en fest, hvor en pige blev “drugget”, og denne uretfærdighed skabte en vrede, der motiverede ham til at vende sit liv og begynde at arbejde med sine dæmoner.

Greenland
In 2019, Patrick moved to Greenland to work as a paver and began repaying his large debt of 350,000 DKK.

First Marathon
In 2020, Patrick shared his battle against his demons on Instagram. He came across David Goggins and started training in March. In October 2020, he changed his job title from paver to motivational speaker, and in November, he ran his first marathon.

Prison Sentence
In 2021, Patrick’s past caught up with him, and he served 40 days in prison. During those 40 days, he taught himself English by translating from a dictionary. He completed several ultra-marathons of 100 miles, the Hell Run, the Mt. Everest stair climb, swam 37 km, and participated in David Goggins’ 4x4x48 challenge with a weighted vest.

Celebrity Boxing “Stjerneboksning”
In 2022, Patrick threw himself into another wild project, rope climbing 860 times on a 5-meter rope. Theoretically, he broke the world record, but he believes the descent shouldn’t count. He participated in Celebrity Boxing and ended the year with an Ultraman (2.5 x Ironman). He began writing his book and gave his biggest lecture to date, with 70 people in attendance.

Korpset and Book Launch
In 2023, Patrick started the year with 3 weeks in India, where he and his fiancée worked as volunteers for Gadens Børn (Children of the Streets). In April, he participated in the filming of Korpset on TV2, where it became clear that he doesn’t let immediate excuses limit him. He launched his book with a major event, featuring a performance by Bryan Rice and appearances by Marie Brixtofte and others. He doubled his company’s revenue.

Bremen Theater
In 2024, Patrick started the year by traveling to Northern Norway, easily adapting to the extreme cold conditions. This was also the beginning of a documentary aimed at strengthening the mental resilience of 10 young people. In March, he filled Bremen Theater with his critically acclaimed lecture. He has many projects in the pipeline for the year.
